I booked through Treatwell but they called to say the time I booked wasn't available (their booking system and Treatwell are separate) and to come later. I still had to wait 30 mins when I arrived. Beautician who did the wax was nice but my bikini line area was stinging and painful for over 24 hours following. I mentioned I have sensitive skin but didn't use talcum power or anything first.
