Booked for Ombre treatment on Treatwell but told cannot accommodate. When I asked to rebook they did then asked how much I paid on Treatwell; they cancelled my payment and asked me to pay the £80 directly to them. I obliged and came the next day.
The color was largely what I wanted, i was taken care of adequately and had my fringe trimmed. Unfortunately when I got to the till, i learned only the (usually included) toner is a £20 separate charge and the graciously offered fringe trim was another £15...! The manageress stepped in and knocked the final sum to £100 but considering there are places that offer the full service with a whole head trim for £70-£90, I will never set foot in this place again.
The pedicure was good however I realised some of the nail varnish wasn't as beat as the usual lady.

Room is very basic but is clean. Lady who did my wax was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, would recommend, is good value
