Sara did a wonderful haircut for me. Result was exactly what I wanted and she even styled it with a curling iron. Really great.

Disaster. Description says I can get advice - not true. All my questions were dismissed. I felt like I was being made fun of and in the end the haircut was nothing like I wanted it to be. In fact, it was quite the opposite of what I wanted.
