Second time on Treatwell where the treatment I booked did not correspond to the treatment offered
The manicurist shaped my nails really unevenly and short even though I asked not for short nails, she filed them right down on the sides and I know that’s not great for nail strength
Staff were unfriendly and I waited 20 minutes for my appointment - not great when it’s pay and display parking
