The technician was too harsh with the cuttcle cutter. She injured several fingers to the point it drew blood. I thought they might be superficial injuries but they were very sore and painful the next day.

Went for eyebrow shaping and tint and ended up getting skin ripped off under both of my eyebrows. This was (and still is) very painful and obviously looks horrible. Sent an email to Ace to discuss and they haven't replied.
