Everything was great but the eyelashes. I expected better from such a clean place and wonderful service. Lashes didn't last a week despite taking proper care of them :(

Removal of Shellac was with an electric drill rather than soaking off, which is faster but it felt quite intense. Not sure when the removal ended and the Japanese manicure started but the cuticle work is excellent and my nails look great 👍

Hairdresser very unfriendly, First time I’ve never even been offered a water/tea/coffee when getting hair done Did a fine job on the cut but didn’t even ask how I would want the hair blow dried
