did not get the service i paid for at all. the fact that they wanted to charge £35 for that appalling attempt was shocking. every other salon i’ve been to knows what a curly blow dry is but this one just didn’t know what they were doing at all.
if i wanted someone to wash my hair dry it then curl just the bottom part with straighteners, i would’ve done it myself cos i know i can do better and not wasted my money on a rubbish service.

My first time going to a beauty salon for any reason and it has been the greatest experience! The place itself is super cute and clean. Krisztina was so so lovely and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She’s clearly super talented and I’m so happy with how my eyebrows turned out. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
