The salon was running behind so I had to wait for 40 minutes and felt like an inconvenience to the manicurist. Gel removal was done using an electric file which caused my thumb nail to become very thin and painful with blood spots appearing underneath. I found it hard to tel the manicurist as she did not speak much English and seemed annoyed to be working. The gel nails themselves are ok but a bit messy round the edges and one has already chipped at the top after 24 hours.

Best hair cut and colour I’ve had! Roksolana is really lovely and took the time to explain everything to me whilst being transparent about what I should get done and how I can save my hair from damage and money. She checked I was happy throughout so I felt really looked after and the colour is just perfect - thanks again see you next time!
