Disappointed and offended. I took my daughter to get her hair trimmed. She has curly hair! Not all hair is straight! The stylist told me she couldn’t cut it as they didn’t have a brush for curly hair! What kind of hairdressers only caters for dead straight hair?? Her hair is curly. Not Afro (mine is more Afro so I should know). She blowed dried it out and hacked at the bottom. I had to go home and fix it for her.

I had balayage done. The results were amazing and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! It was exactly as I wanted it. Customer service was excellent! The girls are very friendly, attentive, caring and efficient at what they do! Definitely going back again! Highly recommend it.
