I always come out happy when I leave this salon as the result is always what I wanted. Alla is super gentle and makes me comfortable when doing my nails. She is super careful with the process. The salon is clean and you can tell that the staff are very proud of their work which is super important.

I booked to get a last minute blow dry in my neighborhood as I had an event I wanted to look nice for on Saturday evening. The staff were unbelievably rude to the point of being bitchy. The whole experience was terrible right from the word go, when I arrived and was told that she couldn’t make it look good as it was raining and smirked when I said but we do live in London - it’s always raining here. Perhaps she was in a bad mood and didn’t appreciate a last minute booking, but then decline it.
