Don’t like leaving bad reviews but they made me pay an extra £5, as apparently the option I chose was only for more work afterwards (which was not clear from the title alone). Then the actual removal itself was ok, but she didn’t offer to cut or file my nails as usual, & on one of my nails I had an extension which she didn’t remove fully (she might have done this thinking I wanted to keep the length, but then she should have asked). Also had to ask for water. Nice salon & people but this was ok
