I’m not a regular user of treatments, and I was completely put at ease and really enjoyed the experience. The heated table was an additional wonderful feature!

Won't repeat!
I booked a 1h facial treatment and asked on the spot whether i can also have indian head massage. The initial answer was"no", because all appointments were allegedly fully booked.
But then was told - OK.
The treatment lasted 75 min, but Natalie insisted I had to pay for 2 full treatments (which should've been at least 90 minutes!).
Am not bothered about +/- £20, but this is not alright! After leaving I saw myself in a mirror-there was some white greasy stuff around my nose & eyes!
