I was super nervous as this was my first ever wax. Beccy was so so nice and kept me calm, talked me through everything and stopped when I needed to for a quick breath. I can’t lie it wasn’t painless but it certainly wasn’t undoable especially with beccy talking me through it all. Cannot thank her enough and I will most likely be back soon.

Surely having the Hairdresser introduce themself to the Client is a standard? Not in my case so I can't actually tell you who cut my hair. I thought the place could be doing with a good clean and was a little shocked for a City Centre Hairdressers. I expected a sleek salon.
I didn't get much conversation, but that suits me as not a fan of small talk really. But I was asking questions about changing my colour, saying I was looking to book a colour for next week but felt the girl was not really interested upselling me a wonderful colour experience here. Was supposed to get a patch test done but she had obvioulsy forgotten by the time my hair was cut. No matter I will go somewhere else.
The cut itself was ok. Not the best I've had and not the worst. Nothing special enough to make me rave about you.

Excellent. I’m very happy with my cut. Catriona knows exactly what to do with my fine hair when I don’t have a clue what I need/ want.
