First time at Absolut - Jen was lovely, and rescued a very average haircut, managing to style it into something beautifully flattering and feminine. The salon was cosy and relaxed, and I was made to feel very welcome by all of the staff I spoke to. If you are wondering whether or not to book an appointment, I'd recommend that you just go ahead and do it - you won't be disappointed!

The staff were very hospitable, they offered to take my coat and make me a tea or coffee if I wanted one. I was assigned to Kayls who was very friendly and listened to me about what I wanted and offered her own suggestions about how to do it. I like that they offered a massage chair for when you're getting your hair washed, although I personally would have preferred a consistent massage from it rather than it varying it's functions. I also think they should mention that they don't accept card payments when you're booking but they do have a cash machine nearby so it wasn't a severe inconvenience to get money out. Overall I am very happy with the service provided and will be using them again the next time I need a haircut.
