Becky is so good at what she does. I won't say it's a treat getting waxed but by goodness is she thorough and quick. Always so friendly yet professional at the same time. I feel sorry for her having to de-fuzz me every month!!!

Recently I went to this hair salon, I described in detail to the hairdresser that I would like a change but wanted my hair no shorter than my collar bone, around 2 /3 inches off. The hairdresser proceeded to tell me that I was washing my hair with store bought "s**t " and that I should buy their products, the end result of my hair cut I am not happy with, though a nice hair style was not what I asked for. I now have a bob resting on my shoulders, having her cut off over 5 inches of my hair instead of what I asked for with events such as weddings and a sports ball coming up with hair I can not tie up and that I do not like on myself.
