Surprised by rudeness and lack of interest from staff. Haircut was late to start and lasted around 50 minutes when the treatment specified was meant to be 1 hour 15 minutes (No conditioning masque which was included in the treatement description was applied). Not one to normally complain but £35 for poor service and a very average haircut was unacceptable. Will not be returning.
