The staff were very friendly and greeted me straight away despite being early. I am not a regular Brazilian waxes but this was my most painful wax yet and I had actually taken an ibuprofen beforehand. My skin was still red the next day which is unusual for me. The bed was relatively clean but I noticed hairs still on the bed from a previous waxes. The finished wax however is really good and the staff were friendly and chatty throughout.
