This is really uncomfortable to write as the guy who cut my hair was very welcoming and polite and I believe with time (and more training) could be a really fantastic hairdresser.
I have been to over 10 different hairdressers in my life and have had the same cut each time so I am aware of how it is done and how long it should take etc...The guy cutting my hair took over two hours to wash/trim the split ends and dry my hair! I have never had this last over an hour (and that is usually if I have my hair straightened after the cut & blowdry too) before! Also, he kept cutting my hair then losing the parting then having to cut off some more then loosing the parting, then cut off some more etc...I was eventually asked to stand up so that he could cut even more hair off!? Finally, he went to dry my hair and only remembered part way through the hair dry that you need to apply a heat defence so he stopped to do this. Equally, he then applied some serum to my hair which made my front layers look very greasy.

My hair looks perfect, the hairdresser took a lot of time and really listened to what I wanted, I'm really happy and will definitely return
Hair Colouring
It's really difficult to write this review as the hairdresser was s nice guy, unfortunately it was a bad experience to start as I arrived at 11am to find the shop closed, he rang back at 11.30 and I went in with my son, he blow dried straight to see my cut which took about an hour, then he curled it which took another hour, but I found it a bit frizzy at the top so he put oil on which left it a bit greasy on top, the curl didn't last and it just took so long, I don't think he could have rectified it and it took so long, I couldn't ever consider coming back in, the deco is a very different taste, but he's a nice guy.
