Therapist was nice and knowledgeable, however the facial was more rough than I prefer.

Friendly staff, haircut as I wanted, tea offered, relaxing hairwash! Great place.
Ladies' Haircuts
Not at all relaxing...very painful and aggressive with my skin. Left with far worse skin than when I went in, which is a shame because a lady I had previous do the same facial was excellent. This time around I felt cheated for having paid for such a unnecessarily aggressive experience.
Classic Facials
I had half a head of highlights and a cut and am very happy with it. Second time at the salon and I will go back.
