Salon was very crowded, seemed very overbooked and felt like other clients were being prioritized (ended up waiting quite a while for all of my treatments), although staff were friendly and doing their best to fit everyone in. Cut was great but the colour could have been better as it doesn’t look very natural in some parts, and the colourist seemed a bit inexperienced and nervous - not what you want when you’re getting highlights! Good experience overall but probably wouldn’t go back for highlights again.
