Staff were great - the woman doing my facial explained everything and wrote down advice for my everyday skincare routine. She was wonderful & was clearly very knowledgable. But the room was dingy and not as nice as pics were online & the relaxing experience is hindered by sound of hair dryers and people chatting outside. My facial itself was truly great, the salon experience was very average. If you want relaxing & premium spa like experience this isn’t for you.
