Very friendly and welcoming specialist Galina. The only comment is that I wish the appointment took place at an actual desk of some sorts rather than over a bed that is otherwise used for waxing and other treatments like that.

Very friendly staff. Not a particularly pampering experience - the room is a little worn and there is no dedicated manicure station, but lovely beautician and a good gel manicure and wax. Perhaps not my first choice, but would go back.
