I booked a female Senior Stylist yet my hair was done by a male so I'm guessing not the senior stylist I had booked. Had to ask for my hair to be shampooed twice because they had only washed the front of my hair not the back. Curly Blow dry wasn't good and my hair was really dry and needed serum but wasn't offered. Colour was good and cut was good.
