Staff were great - the woman doing my facial explained everything and wrote down advice for my everyday skincare routine. She was wonderful & was clearly very knowledgable. But the room was dingy and not as nice as pics were online & the relaxing experience is hindered by sound of hair dryers and people chatting outside.
My facial itself was truly great, the salon experience was very average. If you want relaxing & premium spa like experience this isn’t for you.

I was going very often there recently for haircut, highlights and other beauty treatments and I was satisfied. A new stylist cut my hair today and I was not happy at all with the outcome and she could not understand what I wanted to do that in my opinion was very simple. I never had to guide in detail a stylist as I am not a hairdresser. I just wanted to keep the same haircut but a bit shorter. Unfortunately it’s completely different now. She said to me that she didn’t understand what I wanted and I got her confused. Her attitude was not great.
