The overall job is ok. I was informed during the treatment that a toner that was needed wasn’t included in the Treatwell price and I would need to pay an extra £17.50. There was no option but to pay for this. It would have been nice to know this prior to making the booking as it made the overall cost more than I would have liked to have paid.
The treatment also took a very long time as the wrong toner was used so another one had to be applied. This meant I was left at the sink for a long period of time with my head tilted backwards which was really uncomfortable.
Although the colours were discussed before applying, I did think it would come out much lighter. The colouring is good but not quite as I expected but perhaps my misunderstanding.
