I was brought to the therapy room for my facial by the receptionist and told what to expect. I was then told to lay down on the bed and get comfortable.
For the next 5 or so minutes the therapist walked in and out of the room looking for the extractor necessary for my deep cleanse. No apology was given and no introduction was made. I just lay there on the bed waiting. The actual facial was fine, nothing to write home about.
During the session the therapist told me that she would be using some kind of electronic device to help reduce redness, bacteria etc... she said that I should expect a buzzing sound. She forgot, however, to mention that I would feel a sharp shock of electricity. Again there was no apology until I pointed out that perhaps that should have been the first thing she should have mentioned when describing what I "should expect". She then turned the level down so that the "buzzing" coming from the device was lessened.
I can't say that my skin looks or feels any different.
