-Wax used wasn't great -Double dipping -The air conditioning was also leaking on me while having my treatment, -£11 for a lip wax is a total rip off, -Nice staff but overall experience/service v poor

Overall great experience. The therapist was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the massage itself was excellent. Definitely recommend. I'll be going back!
