My haircut was great and I am very happy with the results. The stylist was rushed off her feet with multiple clients to see and as it was my first appointment it would have been nice to have had a consultation before my hair was washed.

Really happy with my hair but I found the whole thing a really rushed experience. My hairdresser was basically dealing with 3 other people the whole time, someone washed my hair and soaked me with water(!) its ok, mistakes happen but if you go to the hairdresser for a relaxing experience then this isn't it. Shame as the last time I was here it was different!
