Staff was very friendly and place was nice and does a full range of services. Wax was hotter than usual and did hurt more than others. I’m sure if I had said something this could have been addressed but I didn’t (silly me). Found bits of wax left on me later end but overall this was one of the better waxes i’ve had in London. Therapist did keep re-dipping the same wax spatula in the hot wax but this appears to be somewhat standard in London (as opposed to using a new wooden spatula for each new dip like they do in Australia and the US). For £30 probably would go again.
