Friendly receptionist who was v helpful, but I did not rate the hairdresser. He did not listen to what I wanted and he was critical of my hair and my style preferences. I felt very uncomfortable as he kept telling me what I wanted was wrong, and in the end I gave in to some of his suggestions. I appreciate he is an expert and I am not, but I shouldn’t be made to feel stupid about my choices. His overall attitude means I do not want to use this salon again.
