Lovely facial with lots of steps and gentleness! My skin looks very clean and happy :) Only two little points: it would have been nice to explain what each step was because I imagine it would be a bit unnerving hearing the high frequency wand coming towards you if you didn’t know what it was! Secondly, the noise from clients talking and hairdrying was distracting - perhaps be good to try and soundproof the door a little!
