Elen was friendly and chatty which distracted me from sitting in a covid friendly salon with plastic curtains and everyone wearing masks. The colour was great, the cut and blow dry were good too and Elen worked a bit more than most to bring volume to my usually flat hair. Small downside to the salon was that options for products weren’t offered and it was a basic shampoo and condition and without toner.
