The highlights were good and a lot of time and care was put in to make sure they were right. Unfortunately what wasn’t good was the washing of my hair that left my hair a tangled mess and so knotty. It was really disappointing to go to a salon and leave with hair that felt like I needed to wash it again. Also I was called to say I owe £30 for the toner which no one told me about at the time. The lack of transparency is really unfair and they need to be upfront about any additional costs.
