Very pushy sales to get extra treatments, not even from the lady doing my hair but the 2 other people working there, it was a bit intimidating. Since I’ve got home and have been able to do my hair my self can see the layers have not been blended properly in my hair and they are much shorter than what I’ve asked for. I had to go somewhere else to get it tidied up but it still doesn’t look right which I’m so disappointed about. The lady was lovely but never again would I go back here
