My first time using this treatment and salon. Some technical issues with the machine at the beginning so the start was delayed. Took a few minutes to check and alleviate the problem. Once that had been addressed the session began (full booked session given). It was quite chilly in there however, Marza supplied and covered me with ample warm blankets, lovely! (thank you) She checked on me regularly. I would definitely go again.
