I'm pleased with my haircut but the service here isn't very good. I wasn't offered a drink of any sort even though other people had them. Alex cut my hair well but walked off multiple times during the appointment, for phone calls and for reasons I could not make out (with no explanation) which did not feel very professional. As I say, the cut was good but I won't be coming back due to subpar service levels.
