Have been a few times and always had great experiences! Sadly this time my hairdresser got a bit funny with me towards the end when I asked for a toner and was quite rough with my hair which made the experience not as good as previous times.
Highlights are always done well though.

Usually have great appts but unfortunately this wax seemed to be really rushed (end of day maybe a factor?) and there were big sections that were missed. Had to do a self-wax at home to tidy.
