My highlights were great I loved the colour. However the hair cut was awful, not feathered at all, my fringe was blocky and uneven. Not what I expected from a routine trim.

Really decent facial overall - my skin did feel fantastic afterwards. That said, I’m not sure the products used were particularly high-quality or recognisable brands, such as Medik8. I also would have really appreciated the facialist wearing a mask, as having someone breathing directly over my face made the experience feel a little unpleasant.

The service was extremely disappointing and felt very unpleasant throughout. Given how important and transformative haircuts can be, especially for women, I had hoped for a more respectful and attentive experience. Instead, I felt rushed and dismissed during the appointment, and I left feeling upset and in tears by the end.
