Alex is a dreamboat! We had a wonderful time and he took such good care of my hair, using a low percentage bleach to protect my locks and I am thrilled with the colour - it’s beautiful and the cut is classic, stylish and so easy to maintain. I’ll be back in Jan for my trim and in the spring for my next balayage, cannot wait. Five stars for Alex ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mariana asked me to come early, so I did. I asked clearly for a straight blow-dry with flicks. When I asked her to finish the back and ends, she said she had no time and wanted £5 extra, at 5:30, within my booked 45-min slot. I refused, she said "I don't want to argue" and walked out mid-appointment. The manager finished my hair, but instead of an apology said: "If you don't like it here, just don't come back." Don't worry. I won't.
