staff were polite on the whole, but as I made a last minute booking and the therapist booked with had left, this hadn't been communicated to the lady left there. She was lovely to me but I heard her arguing on the phone, shouting before coming in to serve me. The service time on the treatwell isn't right and need amending. The hot wax was not available when I arrived so only when I lay down and underdressed was this discussed and the strip wax was used instead. The wax was the most painful I've had in years, it wasn't taken from the root but was broken from the top and no care around the sensitive areas was shown initially. There was uncertainty from the moment I walked in and I left very underwhelmed and also like I was a nuisance.
