I booked the first appointment of the day and arrived 5 minutes early. the entire place was closed so I left. 20 minutes later I received a phone call regarding my appointment which was excellent except for the fact that the lady on the phone was impolite and did not even ask when I could rebook. I would never book an appointment with them again. I didn't experience their treatment so I will give 5 stars, anything less would be unfair. what needs to improve is the telephone manner and the clarification on what to do if you are the first appointment.

Rubina is a professional at what she does, and makes sure to know how you'd like your eyebrows, and makes sure you're happy with the end result. the place itself is very clean and nice.

Great massage and all my knots are gone BUT - dreadful ambience, no music and people talking loudly outside the room the whole time, bright light in room that was not dimmed so not exactly the relaxing experience I wanted. Also I was asked for a tip at the end and told not to book through Treatwell as it was cheaper.
