Rubina is kind and gentle and so welcoming. She did a lovely job with my full legs and Hollywood wax. Completely satisfied, it’s not often you meet someone here who has a smile the whole time they are taking care of you. Will definitely return :)

I have been here before and have had an excellent Hollywood wax. Both times I booked with Rubina, but I must have had someone else the first time, as when I got there this time, the lady that introduced herself as Rubina is not who I had previously.
She firstly called me about 2 hours before my appointment and asked me to come 20 mins after the time I had originally booked. Luckily, I was able to do this - however, when I arrived she still wasn't there. Her colleague had to call her and inform her that she had 3 clients waiting for her and that she needed to hurry up.
When she finally arrived (about half an hour after my appointment time), she rushed in and called me in first. I thought this was lucky for me, but because she had 2 other clients waiting outstide - she did my wax in 12 mins instead of 30 mins. Also when she left me in the room to get ready, the towel that I used to cover myself appeared to have make up/tan on it.
I wouldn't have minded the wax taking less time, but because she rushed it, I felt that it wasn't done properly. I paid more money for a hot wax, however she used strip wax for the majority of it. When she had done my front, she asked me to check if I was happy and I could see that there were still a lot of little hairs left. I pointed these out and she said "Oh, okay I'll try..." then she very quickly used a strip wax to remove some of them, however there were still a significant number of hairs left when she finished.
The lady who had waxed me at this salon previously didn't leave a single hair and it was virtually pain free. This time was a quite a bit more painful and when I got home, I had quite a bit of discomfort and swelling, which I have never had from a hot wax before. I also can see that there are still quite a few hairs left - I can understand that it's never going to be 100%, but compared with my first wax here, I was very disappointed.
She also kept insisting that I use her personal number to make sure I ONLY book with her and that I should leave some positive comments on Treatwell for her. I have read previous comments about Rubina and they are all very good, which is why I always opted to book with her when I have come here. However, based on the service she gave me, I can't give the same positive comments.
I much preferred the other lady and, if I come here again, I will be booking with her next time.

Rubina is great,very gentle and nice person. As a pregnant woman for me treating is very important and she brings the high standard I was expecting considering my situation. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely use them in the future.
