Had an appointment booked with Katy for Lumi Eyes, never been to AB before and from the moment I walked in she made me feel really comfortable. Talked me through everything she was doing and answered any questions I had whilst completing the treatment. I can already tell a difference from treatment and it’s only the morning after, I was so unsure before booking but I’m super happy I did and would highly recommend to anyone. Looking forward to the next few weeks when the results really show, thank you ☺️
