Really please with how my appointment went with Katy. She made me feel so so welcome she’s so chatty and friendly! She explained everything to me so I was put at ease, even gave me a stress ball for the pain! Would definitely recommend. The reception lady was also lovely ( Emma I think?) would definitely go back and I think the aftercare kit is a great touch!
