Aysha was amazing on my first LVL since moving to London. I’d had a bad LVL before and there was still a lot of product on my lashes and they were slightly damaged. Aysha listened and knew exactly how to fix them. I have had so many compliments on how natural they look and I’ll definitely be coming back. She was on time and friendly and knew exactly how to do the treatment to suit me. 5* Service amazing!

It was my first and I am afraid my last appointment there. Even though the staff was very welcoming and friendly , the waxing appointment was rushed, leaving my waxed areas patchy. The room was also dirty from the previous appointment and I wasn’t given a towel to cover myself as you usually would get a small towel. I won’t be coming back, for the price I paid, I expected better quality .
