This was my first time of having a Hot Stone Massage….it was fantastic! It got rid of all the lactic acid build up after attending my first gym class after Christmas 😁 It was totally relaxing. Farhana definitely knows her profession xx

Unfortunately this service wasn't as hoped, with a very brief cleanse at the start, extraction and then only moisturiser at the end (which I had to request). The extraction was really rough and has left me with a permanent mark - it's been over three weeks and it is still there. This is obviously really upsetting and I felt overall there was a lack of experience in this facial, no questions asked beforehand and no care taken with my skin.

Aysha was amazing on my first LVL since moving to London. I’d had a bad LVL before and there was still a lot of product on my lashes and they were slightly damaged. Aysha listened and knew exactly how to fix them. I have had so many compliments on how natural they look and I’ll definitely be coming back. She was on time and friendly and knew exactly how to do the treatment to suit me. 5* Service amazing!
