Aayna advertised their services as a hydrafacial but it was not a real hydrafcaial machine. The therapist was unprofessional. She did not ask about my skin type or discuss any concerns and she did not tell me what products she was using on my skin. She also picked away at spots and milia making all these blemishes much worse. The machine looked dirty and since the procedure my skin has been incredibly reactive, painful, red and stinging with breakouts.
