I went for a highlight treatment and came out with hair that was blacker than what I came in with. Totally disappointed, I tried to contact them by email to solve my problem but simply no one answered. It was my worst money spent.

I don't really like going to the hairdressers, so was pleasantly surprised with how welcoming and at ease Hildur made me feel. She was so easy to talk to and understood immediately how I wanted to have my hair done (although I also asked for her advice for my own benefit). I absolutely loved the reasult as my hair feels so much thicker and the high-lights look exactly as natural as I wanted them. I'll definitely book to see Hildor again when it's time for my next hair-cut!
