Nice place but haircut was not at all what I asked for - several inches shorter than requested and framing styled completely different to what I wanted. Was really rough washing my hair which hurt. Didn't use any detangling products to brush out my hair (I have very damaged and tangle-prone hair) and started from the top so extra hair came out & it really hurt. Also didn't use any heat protection on my hair before blow-drying, nor any after-care products. Absolutely hate how my hair looks now.

Came for a cut and blow dry. It was ok, however a few things to remark on. The stylist who did my hair wasn’t very gentle, didn’t talk me through what she was doing other than agreeing the length (I had to keep asking) and overall my experience didn’t feel relaxing nor like a pamper session. For the same price you can get a bit more of a high-street-luxurious feel elsewhere
