Cut was fine, she checked the length with me. Blow dry looked nice but took very long so I was there longer than expected.
Didn't love the interruptions during washing to take appointments etc for walk in clients. Would have liked more time on conditioning not shampooing as hair gets so dry and tangly in the sink. But not bad value especially if you're not in a rush.

This was my first time having a facial here and I was immediately made to feel relaxed and pampered. The facial was a great combination of relaxing and productive. I came away with my skin feeling great and will definitely come back and would highly recommend!

Nice place but haircut was not at all what I asked for - several inches shorter than requested and framing styled completely different to what I wanted. Was really rough washing my hair which hurt. Didn't use any detangling products to brush out my hair (I have very damaged and tangle-prone hair) and started from the top so extra hair came out & it really hurt. Also didn't use any heat protection on my hair before blow-drying, nor any after-care products. Absolutely hate how my hair looks now.
