Went for a blowdry saturday morning booked an appointment for 10:30 was told ten minutes they was running behind wasn't seen till 11am i did explain i had tape hair extensions lady brushed through my hair pulling very had at my extensions, starting dry my hair as I asked for dried straight, dried ends of my hair my roots were still very damp i told her she went back over roots but was brushing very hard again one of my tapes came out causing a lot of pain, I felt through my hair was still damp
